You Asked, We Answered.
DO I NEED SPECIAL GEAR?
We recommend using rods within the suggested weight rating to throw our baits. If you are unsure if your rod can handle a big swimbait, try the smaller versions first, as they are lighter and more forgiving on larger conventional gear. If you like the technique, then make the investment in the proper rod and reel combination to throw the bigger heavier baits that we offer. As far as line goes, we recommend using 20 pound monofiliment, 20 pound flurocarbon, or 65 pound braided line on at least a 200 series reel.
MY BAIT IS BROKEN, CAN YOU FIX IT?
Yes we can! Although our baits are tough, accidents happen (bad casts, etc.). If your bait breaks we will repair or replace it no questions asked. If you set the hook on a stump and lose it, we cannot cover that. For repairs visit the contact us page, or shoot us a email:
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
In general, we do not accept returns, but in special cases we will consider them. Feel free to reach out to customer services and we will do our best to make things right by solving any problems you have encountered!
